Hello, my name is Jodie Smith and I am a Director of Sales for Agility Insurance Services. I am originally from Toronto, Canada currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia with my eight going on eighteen-year-old son. Upon graduating from Florida International University, I secured a position with the Agency for Healthcare Administration and have been in the insurance industry ever since, approximately fifteen years.
As a result of my experience, I am well versed in various lines of business such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace. I am also knowledgeable on network development and provider contracting, having aided various insurance carriers with building an adequate network to meet and maintain compliance protocols. In my recent years, I managed brokers throughout the state of Florida and Georgia, aiding all in becoming successful with all things sales. As a Jeep Wrangler owner, I love going off-roading on the weekends. Fun fact, I am a two-time published author of poetry and self-help books.”
