Do I need to be certified to sell Ambetter ACA On-Exchange plans?
Yes, to sell health and/or dental insurance coverage in states operated by the Federal government through healthcare.gov, you must complete annual Federally-Facilitated Marketplace Training (FFM Training) to sell On-Exchange Health Plans. Training can be completed through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal. To sell in states that operate their own State-based Exchanges, you must complete certification for each of those states.
