What are the commissions and bonuses for selling CareSource plans?
Commissions and bonuses may vary each year and by state. As soon as CareSource announces the agent compensation schedules for the upcoming year, we will notify all active brokers and agents immediately.
Do I need to be certified to sell CareSource ACA On-Exchange plans?
Yes, to sell health and/or dental insurance coverage in states operated by the Federal government through healthcare.gov, you must complete annual Federally-Facilitated Marketplace Training (FFM Training) to sell On-Exchange Health Plans. Training can be completed through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal. To sell in states that operate their own State-based Exchanges, you must complete certification for each of those states.
