2027 Medicare Commission Schedules & Bonuses

Increased Max Broker Commissions:
CMS has increased the maximum broker commissions for both Medicare Advantage and Part D initial enrollments and continued the growth of maximum Medicare broker commissions for 2027 renewals.

2027 Medicare Part D Maximum Commissions

• Initial commissions - $130 member / annually
• Renewal commissions - $65 member / annually

Medicare Advantage Maximum Broker Commissions

• For CA and NJ: Initial commissions increased to $902 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $451 per member annually.
• For CT, PA, and DC: Initial commissions increased to $816 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $408 per member annually.
• For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Initial commissions increased to $495 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $248 per member annually.
• All other states (National): Initial commissions increased to $725 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $363 per member annually.
