Steps to Make an Online Payment:
1. Visit cignaindividual.com/payment
2. Click member registration on the bottom left and you can use their social security, DOB, and zip code to continue to make a payment.
3. You will be given the option to pay by credit card or set up an EFT account.
4. After info is put in, you should be able to successfully submit a payment.
Note: This sets you up for Cigna myBill, it does not set you up for myCigna.com
ID CARDS
Upon making a payment, customers will have to wait 3-5 business days before setting up their myCigna account. Customers will not have access to ID Cards or myCigna until payment is submitted. Once this is up they can create a myCigna account and download their ID Cards.
